This Privacy Policy explains how DA Online Services Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses information when you use the RoyaGPT website (royagpt.com), mobile app and related services (the "Service").

1. Summary

  • We collect only the information reasonably needed to run, secure and improve the Service.
  • On the website, your dream text and its interpretation are saved to your account, and the dream text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the interpretation.
  • In the mobile app, dream content and interpretations may be stored locally on your device unless a feature says otherwise.
  • Website payments are processed by Paddle.com; app payments by Apple and Google Play. We never store card numbers.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account information

Name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

2.2 Dreams and interpretations

The dream text you write and the resulting interpretation, saved in your account history so you can revisit them. Please avoid entering sensitive personal data in your dream description.

2.3 Purchase information

From Paddle we receive the transaction details needed to add credits to your account (transaction ID, pack, amount, currency, status). We do not receive your full card number.

2.4 Automatically collected information

Device and browser type, operating system, language, approximate region, IP address and technical log data, plus cookies needed for login and language preference.

2.5 Information stored locally in the app

The mobile app may store dream entries, interpretations and preferences locally on your device.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the Service and generate interpretations, manage accounts and credit balances, process purchases and refunds, respond to support requests, improve stability, prevent fraud and abuse, and send service-related messages (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time).

4. AI Processing

To generate an interpretation we send only the dream text and interface language to OpenAI via its API. We do not send your name or email. OpenAI processes this data under its API terms, under which API data is not used to train its models by default.

5. Payments

Website: payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, billing and tax data under its own Privacy Policy.
App: purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play (other payment providers such as Stripe may also be used), under their own policies.

6. Advertising and Analytics

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok, Snapchat and other ad platforms to measure traffic and ad effectiveness. In the iOS app we ask for your permission before tracking, under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

7. When We Share Information

Only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, OpenAI, Paddle, email and analytics providers), with app stores, for legal or security reasons, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Retention

We keep account data and interpretation history while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it. Financial transaction records may be kept for as long as the law requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and password hashing.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information (including deleting your account and interpretation history), and object to certain processing. Email us at the address below.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

12. International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries outside your own (such as the United States) where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
