Welcome to RoyaGPT ("Roya"). The service is provided by DA Online Services Studio ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our website royagpt.com or our mobile app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of the Service

RoyaGPT is an educational software tool that uses artificial intelligence to present what the classical Islamic dream-interpretation literature (such as the works of Ibn Sirin, Al-Nabulsi and Ibn Shahin) says about the symbols a user describes, together with points for personal self-reflection.

  • Interpretations are generated automatically by AI. They are not definitive and are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
  • The service does not predict the future and is not a religious ruling (fatwa), nor medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
  • Do not make important life decisions based on an interpretation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service and to make any purchase.

3. Accounts

You need a website account to use the interpretation service and to buy credits. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Pricing

On the website: we sell one-time packs of "interpretation credits". They are not a subscription and do not renew automatically. Prices are clearly shown on our Pricing page before payment, and applicable taxes (sales tax / VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment, invoicing and taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

In the mobile app: in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

5. Interpretation Credits

  • Each interpretation uses 10 credits. Credits are deducted only after an interpretation is successfully generated; if it fails for any technical reason, nothing is deducted.
  • Credits can only be used for dream interpretations on the RoyaGPT website. They are not currency or stored value.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account, resold, or exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

6. Mobile App Subscriptions

  • App subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Cancelling stops future billing.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund for website purchases within 14 days of purchase, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Refunds for app purchases must be requested from Apple or Google directly. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the system, or circumvent the credit system.
  • Commercially resell or redistribute the service or its outputs.
  • Enter sensitive personal data about yourself or others in your dream description.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design and functionality of RoyaGPT are owned by DA Online Services Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may use the interpretations you receive for your personal purposes.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Interpretations are AI-generated and may contain errors. They are for educational and informational purposes only and are not religious rulings or medical, psychological, legal or professional advice. If you are experiencing emotional distress or a health problem, please contact a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made based on the interpretations provided, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
